My 23 years in the grocery business has wrought plenty of aggravation from customers. I suppose my most notable dealings with customers came when I worked in downtown Portland, OR at the Stadium store for 9 months in 1993-94. There were two customers that strongly reeked of urine, one an old lady and the other a homeless woman in her mid-30's. Good luck with the blog, Randy!

When spotting one of these customers, I would run to the stockroom and do paperwork for a half-hour until they'd leave the premisis.
